IISM operates the Inter IIT Sports Meet '24 mobile application which provides schedules, match details, live matches, and participant information for the Inter IIT Sports Meet event to be held in December. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information. 

Information Collection and Use

Our App collects only the minimal personal information (only for participants) necessary for its functionality: 

• Email Address: We request your email address to verify participant identity and ensure secure login for participant-specific features. 

• Profile Photo: The profile photo is optional and helps identify users within the App. 

This data is not used for any other purpose, and we do not collect any additional personal or usage data. 

How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect is solely used to:  

• Authenticate participant identity for secure access to certain features of the App.

We do not use, share, or analyze your information for any other purpose. 

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
