JuYong Lee (이주용) was selected as a recipient of the Outstanding Master’s Scholarship in Science and Engineering, awarded by the Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF) and by the Minister of Science and ICT of the Republic of Korea. His current research focuses on the development of an advanced polymer-based platform capable of immunological microenvironment modulation to promote regeneration at the cartilage–bone interface within biologically and mechanically different environments. The fellowship program selected by peer-reviewing submitted research proposals and sponsors new students in M.S. program with  approximately $8,800 (12 million KRW) for one year from September 2024. JuYong Lee (이주용) received the Research Support Scholarship from the Health Fellowship Foundation (HFF) for his project "Biomaterial-based strategy to regulate stem cell differentiation for interfacial tissue regeneration in the cartilage-bone complex". The HFF was established by the late Dr. New Ilhan, who founded Yuhan Corporation, one of major pharmaceutical companies in South Korea. The HFF  supports approximately $3,600 (5 million KRW) for the Research Support Scholarship awardee. Congratulations, JuYong...!!!

Congrats to Dr. Min Guk Kim (김민국 박사) on receiving a 'Sejong Science Fellowship' by the Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) in Korea for his project. This fellowship is awarded to outstanding young investigators (young scientists and post-doctoral researchers) in Korea with approximately $370,000 (500 million KRW) for five years to support his research from May 2024.

Dr. Min Guk Kim (김민국 박사) received the prestigious 'IADR MTG Outstanding Young Investigator Award', which was awarded from the Mineralized Tissue Group (MTG) in the 2024 International Association for Dental Research (IADR) General Session and Exhibition in New Orleans,  LA, USA in March 2024. All submitted abstracts were judged based on scientific rigor, relevance, and potential impact for the award. Congratulations...!!!
