Create a Virtual Card for a patient

Many patients in the hospital are unable to have visitors during these hard times. Create a card (as many as you would like) through the form below. Please be thoughtful and appropriate as kids & adults will be reading this and you want them to feel better. An image from the internet is fine or you can create one online. We reccomend Canva as it is free and can be personalized. Refer to the card on the left hand side to get an idea of what it will look like in the final stage. One card = 30 minutes of volunteer service - you can make as many as you want
