Ouroboros — Ouroboros is a server based on session roleplay in a wide range of immersive scenarios where no moral, ethical, or other barriers stand before you—except, perhaps, technical ones necessary for character portrayal.
Do not fear the gaze of the twisted authority.
Access to sessions is granted only by creating an account in any available launcher running game version 1.12.2. Simply create an account using your character’s first and last name in Latin letters. Yes, you must choose one character with no option to change the name afterward.
Think carefully.
To join the game, you must wait for the launch, which happens on weekends. You can track this by watching for announcements.
Attention.
Undoubtedly, a world where society has lived underground for centuries differs greatly from the truths we know. Therefore, there is no place here for slang or real-world actions unless absolutely necessary to mention.
Play eccentrically. Play eccentrics.
Due to Java’s technological limitations, the chat system cannot be perfected. Conversations between characters secluded from others will still be visible beyond the room, within a limited radius. For this reason, the only viable rule is that "eavesdropping" mechanics are impossible under any circumstances—except when players are separated by transparent barriers.
You hear only what you see.
Show respect to yourself and others. Do not turn the game into a farce of satire or nonsense. Understand that what unfolds around you is not random chaos but the actions of real players. Disrupting this process by spamming nonsense or intentionally foolish behavior risks not only your respect but, more importantly, respect for the server itself.
Act consciously.
The current year is 0184 since the Fading. Time is measured differently underground, where people have hidden from darkness for centuries and can no longer mark time by the sun. Time is divided into "shifts," each lasting 2 hours. One day has 10 shifts, totaling 20 hours. The day is conventional for most citizens, serving simply as a timekeeping method. Similarly, a week has 10 days, lasting 200 hours. A year has 46 weeks, or 9200 hours—460 days. This equates to roughly 383 real-world days.
Time is relative.
Report any illegal behavior, attaching evidence and details. There is nothing shameful or sneaky about this—you will be rewarded accordingly, for you have personally been shown disrespect.
Speak out.
Partners
Everyone needs friends.
Panopticon — An apocalyptic free-for-all with communist occultists, human cattle instead of the usual kind, and not a single grain left for bread.
—Creepy Dumpster
Crimson Hive — A role-playing sandbox that immerses players in a stream of unending stories set in a cold, yet living and ever-mutating world. Every decision you make leaves a lasting mark on the game's canvas, and every participant seeks to reshape that canvas into their own vision—unintentionally painting over the efforts of others. This harsh world offers no compromise—only the strongest survive—but any idea, with enough will and effort, can be brought to life.
