The Vagal Nerve guided meditation is intended for you to connect with the energy of the vagal nerve and unblock the restrictions along its pathway to the organs and the organs pathway to your brain. We tap into the emotions of the organs and in 20 minutes you can feel the peace and calm. If you utilize a vagal nerve device you may apply it when performing this meditation.
This meditation is designed to tap into the highest vibration of healing. That of love and gratitude. The intention of this meditation is to guide this vibration through the vagal nerve and into the body, provoking the rest and digest function of this amazing system. When challenged with low vibrational frequencies, the nerve is stimulated to act in a fight or flight response, and when this vibration overtakes the rest and digest system, our bodies are stuck in a sympathetic state. Enjoy tapping into the awareness of love, joy and gratitude. Become aware of the healing power of this simple act of intention for yourself. Through entering into this state you are naturally filling the world and the universe with this vibration. My intention is to share this vibration and proliferate a collective healing resonance for all who listen and share.
