Sunday, 14 March: Clarification of Timings

Please note that the round of 16 mooting times are 10:00 UK Time and 13:00 UK Time.

Friday, 12 March: Arrangements for the Round of 16

The announcement of the teams that are advancing to the Round of 16 (the Break Announcement) will take place tomorrow, Saturday 13 March, at 11.30am UK Time. Please join via the link in the "Links to Moots" tab. We shall open a Wonder.Me room immediately after the announcement, to give teams the opportunity to socialise with one another.

We will need to allocate sides at the Break Announcement. For teams that faced one another in the preliminary rounds, this is straightforward - you swap sides. For teams that did not face one another in the preliminary rounds, the winner of a coin flip will choose the side it wishes to represent. As such, we recommend that teams discuss, in advance, the side they would like to represent, if given the choice.

The precise timings for the Sunday moot will depend on the draw. We anticipate two batches of moots, starting at 10am and 1pm UK time, however, this will depend on the pairings. Some draws (e.g., Australia/Canada) may require an intermediate start time. Teams will informed of their moot timeslot at the Break Announcement.

Finally, we are allowing all teams to update their skeletons and supplementary bundles ahead of the Round of 16. If you are progressing to the Round of 16, please email your revised skeleton(s) and bundle(s) to michael.collyer@law.ox.ac.uk by 4.00pm on Saturday 13 March, UK time. To help with administration, please add the words “version at 13 March” to the end of the file name for any updated documents, and also indicate the version date on the document itself. Failure to do so may lead to the rejection of your new documents.

We wish you all the best of luck!

Sunday, 7 March:
