O Intelectus Avalia, desenvolvido pelo Prof. Leandro Andrade da Rocha, respeita a privacidade dos usuários e trata dados pessoais conforme a legislação aplicável.

1. Dados tratados

Podemos tratar:

• nome e e-mail da Conta Google;

• perguntas, respostas, rubricas e configurações selecionadas pelo usuário;

• informações de uso, créditos e assinatura;

• registros técnicos necessários para segurança e funcionamento.

2. Finalidades

Os dados são utilizados para:

• autenticar o usuário;

• realizar correções com inteligência artificial;

• gerenciar créditos, planos e assinaturas;

• oferecer suporte e prevenir usos indevidos.

3. Compartilhamento

Dados necessários podem ser processados por serviços do Google, OpenAI e Mercado Pago. O Intelectus Avalia não vende dados pessoais.

Informações de cartão e pagamento são processadas pelo Mercado Pago e não são armazenadas pelo Intelectus Avalia.

4. Inteligência artificial

As respostas selecionadas podem ser enviadas ao serviço de inteligência artificial para produzir avaliações e comentários. Os resultados podem conter erros e devem ser revisados pelo professor.

5. Uso de dados das APIs do Google Workspace — Limited Use

O uso de dados brutos ou derivados dos usuários recebidos por meio das APIs do Google Workspace estará em conformidade com a Política de Dados do Usuário dos Serviços de API do Google, incluindo os requisitos de Limited Use (Uso Limitado).

Declaração de conformidade solicitada pelo Google:

“The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”

6. Armazenamento e segurança

Os dados são mantidos somente pelo período necessário para prestar o serviço e cumprir obrigações legais. São adotadas medidas técnicas e administrativas de segurança, embora nenhum sistema seja totalmente livre de riscos.

7. Direitos do usuário

O usuário pode solicitar informações, correção ou exclusão de seus dados, observadas as obrigações legais aplicáveis.

8. Uso por estudantes

Professores e instituições são responsáveis por utilizar o serviço de forma adequada e possuir as autorizações necessárias para o tratamento de dados dos estudantes.

Intelectus Avalia, developed by Prof. Leandro Andrade da Rocha, respects users' privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• the name and email address associated with the user's Google Account;

• questions, answers, rubrics, and settings selected by the user;

• usage, credit, plan, and subscription information;

• technical logs necessary for security and proper operation of the service.

2. Purposes of Processing

Data may be used to:

• authenticate the user;

• perform AI-assisted corrections and evaluations;

• manage credits, plans, and subscriptions;

• provide support and prevent misuse or unauthorized use of the service.

3. Data Sharing and Processing by Third Parties

Data necessary for the operation of the service may be processed by Google, OpenAI, and Mercado Pago services.

Intelectus Avalia does not sell users' personal data.

Payment and card information is processed directly by Mercado Pago and is not stored by Intelectus Avalia.

4. Artificial Intelligence

Answers selected by the user may be sent to an artificial intelligence service in order to generate evaluations, feedback, and comments.

AI-generated results may contain errors and should be reviewed by the teacher before being used for educational or assessment purposes.

5. Google Workspace API Data — Limited Use

The use of raw or derived user data received through Google Workspace APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage and Security

Data is retained only for the period necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Technical and administrative security measures are adopted to protect user data, although no system can be considered completely free from security risks.

7. User Rights

Users may request information about their data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

8. Use Involving Students

Teachers and educational institutions are responsible for using the service appropriately and for obtaining any authorization or consent required for the processing of student data.
