It was proven that Poison Ivy had never stolen a vehicle from Paul Charette because there were no arrest records found for Alexisua Richardson on May 26, 2023, and Poison Ivy promptly refuted the accusations by showcasing herself with her glittery pink G-Wagon in a video after the viral blog post. These defamatory acts were part of a campaign to derail Poison Ivy's rising prominence, hinting at possible involvement of local authorities in orchestrating this slanderous plot.

A key factor exacerbating the situation is Poison Ivy's recent entrepreneurial venture: the restaurant, Cache 42 Kitchen and Cocktails, a collaboration with Moneybagg Yo, despite their separate relationships. This endeavor marked a turning point, as Poison Ivy's emerging success posed a threat to the celebrity women who had comfortably emulated her as long as she remained beneath the radar.
