These Terms are a contract between you and INTIGRI LTD, 124 to 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Integri", "we"), support@integri.app. They apply to the Integri apps, the website integri.app and related services (the "Service"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not limit rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract.
Integri is not directed at children. If you are below the age at which you can enter into contracts or agree to data processing on your own in your country, you may only use Integri with the permission of your parent or guardian, who is responsible for your use, including purchases. Your account is personal and may not be shared or transferred. We do not ask for identity documents.
Integri gives you access to AI models from third party providers such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek, Perplexity and Z.ai. Models and features may change (see Section 10).
All answers, images, audio and files are generated by AI. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or invented. Check important information before you rely on it.
Integri does not give medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
You decide how you use AI output and you are responsible for that use. The usage rules of each AI provider also apply.
Your inputs remain yours. We transfer to you any rights we have in the output generated for you, but output may not be protected by copyright and may be similar for other users.
You give us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to store, process and transmit your content as needed to provide, maintain, secure and develop the Service. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for everything you enter and save, including information about other people. Keep your own copy of anything important, because deleted content cannot be restored.
Sharing sensitive information, such as health, political or religious details, is your own choice and responsibility. We are not responsible for the consequences of that choice. This does not limit our duties under data protection law.
5.1 You must not use Integri or its output for any harmful or illegal purpose. You alone are responsible for how you use Integri and for the consequences.
5.2 In particular, you must not: create or share illegal content, harass or impersonate others, create deepfakes of real people without consent, develop weapons or malware, commit fraud or sanctions evasion, bypass safety filters or limits, scrape the Service or use bots, resell or share accounts, use Integri to train other AI models, create multiple accounts or manipulate ads, rewards or tokens, or attack our systems.
5.3 If we become aware of harmful or illegal use, or reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, we will block the account (see Section 12).
The free plan shows ads. Usage is limited by limits and tokens shown in the app. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change limits, tokens, models, features and ads for all plans for valid reasons, such as provider costs, abuse, technical or legal needs, and we announce significant changes in advance. For paid plans, Section 10 applies.
Features and prices are shown before purchase. Consumer prices include VAT.
App Store and Google Play purchases are processed by Apple or Google, whose terms apply to payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
On our website, the contract is made when you click the order button and we confirm by email.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current period, in the app or through the "Cancel contracts here" button on integri.app. After the first year, annual website subscriptions of consumers in Germany can be cancelled with one month notice.
We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before they apply. Where the law requires your consent, we ask for it.
Your statutory rights for defects are not affected.
For purchases made directly with us (website subscriptions, top ups and gift cards). For App Store and Google Play purchases, Apple's or Google's rules apply.
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. To exercise it, inform us (INTIGRI LTD, 124 to 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, support@integri.app) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your communication before the period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. We reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment, at no cost to you. If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for what was provided until your withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ends early once a service has been fully performed, if you expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged this loss, which applies in particular to mobile top ups.
Model withdrawal form: To INTIGRI LTD, 124 to 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, support@integri.app. I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following service: ____. Ordered on: ____. Name: ____. Account email: ____. Date: ____.
Payments are collected by us. The purchase is carried out and delivered by our partners through the mobile operator or brand.
Before paying, you see the number, operator, amount and total price. Check them carefully. You are responsible for the details you enter.
Delivered top ups usually cannot be reversed. For a wrong number, we can only refund you if the top up is reversed. If a delivery fails, we refund you in full without undue delay.
Gift cards follow the terms of the issuing brand.
AI agents can prepare an order but cannot pay on their own. Every payment needs your confirmation.
We may limit, refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or a breach of sanctions law. Please contact support before starting a chargeback.
We aim to keep Integri available but cannot guarantee it. We may change, add or remove models and features for valid reasons. For paid plans, we tell you in advance about changes that affect your use more than slightly, and you may cancel free of charge within 30 days.
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and under any guarantee. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable and typical damage. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence. We are not liable for decisions you make based on unchecked AI output, for the consequences of sharing sensitive information, or for your harmful or illegal use, unless the first sentence applies. Mandatory consumer rights, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Store subscriptions must be cancelled in your store account.
We may end a free account with 30 days notice and a paid subscription at the end of its period.
We block accounts immediately and without notice for harmful or illegal use, reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse, serious breaches of these Terms, or where the law requires it. We tell you the reason unless the law forbids it or it would help the misuse. You can contest the decision at support@integri.app.
If we block an account for misuse or fraud, prepaid fees are not refunded unless the law requires it. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
To report illegal content or a copyright infringement, including in the news feed, write to support@integri.app with the location of the content and the reason. This address is also our contact point under the EU Digital Services Act. News summaries and translations are made by AI and may contain errors.
Please check these Terms regularly. Minor changes take effect when published. We inform you of important changes at least six weeks in advance, and you can object or cancel before they apply. Changes to price or core features need your consent.
English law applies. As a consumer you keep the mandatory protection of the law of your home country and can sue in your home courts. We are not willing to take part in consumer arbitration board proceedings. These Terms are published in English. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains valid.
