Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Intigri Ltd ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our website (the "Website") and the Integri mobile application (the "App"), in compliance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable data protection laws.
The data controller for the Website and App is:
Intigri Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom Registered office: 28 Road Street, London Email: info@integri.app
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
Cookies and tracking data: information collected through cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy below.
Data you provide directly: information you submit in the App or on the Website, such as your name and email address, and your interactions within the App.
Usage data: device type, operating system, app version, session duration, features used, crash reports, and general interaction patterns.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (e.g., health, religious, or political data). Please do not submit such data through the App, including in AI prompts.
We process your personal data to:
Provide the Website and App, including AI-powered features, and offer customer support — necessary to perform our contract with you
Run analytics and performance monitoring — based on your consent or, where permitted, our legitimate interests
Display advertising — personalized advertising only with your consent
Prevent fraud and maintain security — based on our legitimate interests
Comply with our legal obligations
Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time via the cookie consent banner (Website), the in-app privacy settings (App), or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies: local storage, mobile advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, and web beacons.
1. Essential cookies — necessary for the Website to function: secure login and sessions, payment processing, security and fraud prevention. These cannot be disabled.
2. Performance and analytics cookies — help us understand how users interact with the Website and App: pages visited, time spent, feature usage, crash reports and diagnostics. These are set only with your consent where required by law.
3. Advertising cookies and identifiers — used, with your consent, to display relevant advertisements, limit repetitive ads, measure advertising effectiveness, and detect ad fraud.
We use third-party advertising platforms for this purpose, including Google AdMob (privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy), which may collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, IP address, and app interaction data. You can contact us at info@integri.app for further information about these platforms.
We do not serve personalized advertising to users who have not consented, or to users we know to be under 16.
Use our cookie consent banner (Website) or in-app consent settings (App) — you can change your choices at any time
Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies
Manage advertising preferences in your device settings (e.g., "Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS, "Delete advertising ID" on Android)
Disabling non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the core service, but some features may be limited.
The App uses third-party AI providers to deliver AI-driven features. When you use these features:
The text you submit is transmitted to our AI providers, acting as our data processors.
You can review the privacy policies of these providers — such as OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, xAI (Grok), and Z.ai — on their respective websites.
Do not include sensitive personal data (yours or anyone else's) in your inputs.
You can contact us at info@integri.app for further information about our AI providers and all other third-party platforms we use.
We do not sell your personal data.
We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients, and only as necessary:
Processors acting on our behalf: hosting and infrastructure providers, AI providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and customer support tools.
Third-party advertising partners, which act as independent controllers for data they collect with your consent and process it under their own privacy policies.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above — for example, account data is kept while your account is active, and analytics and advertising data are kept for limited periods before being deleted or aggregated. To have your data deleted and to make sure all of it is deleted, contact us at info@integri.app. Some data (such as payment and tax records) may be retained for longer where the law requires it.
The Website and App are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16, and we do not serve personalized advertising to them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@integri.app and we will delete it.
You have the right to:
Access your data
Correct inaccurate data
Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict processing
Data portability
Object to processing, including profiling
Object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes
Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise your rights, contact info@integri.app. We will respond as soon as we can, and in any event within one month. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, or your local authority in the EEA.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege — to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will notify you and the competent supervisory authority as required by GDPR Arts. 33–34.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) — including to our AI providers and other third-party providers — we rely on appropriate safeguards:
An adequacy decision (e.g., the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified)
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with supplementary measures where needed
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, is always available in the App and on the Website. For material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect.
