Integri is an AI app and website run by INTIGRI LTD in the United Kingdom.
When you chat, your messages, files and voice input go through our servers to the AI model you choose. The model provider processes them to create the answer.
Integri has a Memory feature that automatically saves facts about you from your chats so that future answers are more personal. You can view, edit and delete these facts.
Your news feed is always personalised based on your interests.
The free plan shows ads. Personalised ads are only shown if you agree.
We do marketing, including marketing emails and paid ads on other platforms, and we may target these to users according to the purpose of each campaign.
Sharing sensitive information such as health, political or religious details is your own choice and your own responsibility. We do not ask for it. If you share it, we only process it to answer you and to provide the app's features.
You are responsible for the content you enter and save in the app.
Integri is not directed at children. Young people below the age of digital consent in their country may only use Integri with the permission of a parent or guardian.
We do not ask for identity documents.
You can delete your account in the app at any time.
The controller responsible for your personal data is:
INTIGRI LTD
124 to 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Email: support@integri.app
This policy covers the Integri app on iOS, Android and macOS, the website integri.app, and our support channels.
Data you give us
Account data: your name or username, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), login method, language and country.
Chat content: your prompts, the AI answers, the model you selected, your chat history and the agents you create.
Files: documents, PDFs and images you upload, and files the AI generates for you.
Voice data: audio you record in voice chat, its transcript, and the AI speech output.
Top up and gift card data: the recipient phone number, country, mobile operator, product and amount, transaction status, and the numbers you save with the names you give them.
Support data: messages you send us and our replies.
We do not ask for identity documents such as a passport, ID card or driving licence, and we do not carry out identity verification.
Data created by the app
Memory: facts about you that our AI automatically saves from your chats, for example your job, your city or your preferences.
Interest profile: topics and interests used to select news for you, stored as text and as numerical vectors (embeddings). It is based on your settings, your reading activity and your Memory.
Rewards and limits: your token balance, rewarded ads watched and usage limits.
Data from your device
Usage and device data: app version, device model, operating system, language, approximate location from your IP address, crash reports, features used, session times and push notification token.
Advertising data: your advertising ID if you allow it, ad interactions and your consent choices.
Data from our partners
Purchase data: subscription plan, purchase and renewal dates, price and transaction ID, received from app stores and payment providers. We do not receive your full card number.
Top up status: delivery confirmation or failure from our top up partner.
Campaign data: which ad, partner link or campaign led you to install the app, and how you responded to our marketing emails (for example whether you opened them).
Integri is a general assistant. We do not ask you for sensitive information and you do not need to share it to use the app. Whether you share information about your health, political opinions, religion or beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, ethnic origin, trade union membership, or similar sensitive details, about yourself or about other people, is entirely your own decision.
Your responsibility. You are responsible for your decision to share sensitive information and for any sensitive information about other people that you share. We are not responsible for the consequences of your choice to share such information, for example for decisions you make based on AI answers about it. This does not limit our duties under data protection law to process and protect such data lawfully.
How we process it. If you share sensitive information, we process it only to answer you and to provide the app's features, including chat history and Memory. Because Memory works automatically, it may save sensitive facts from your chats. You can delete them in Profile, Memory.
Legal basis. Your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR, which we ask for when you start using the app. If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, your parent or guardian must give this consent for you (see Section 20). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting the chats or Memory entries concerned, or your account.
No professional advice. Integri is not a medical, legal or financial service. AI answers can be wrong. Always consult a qualified professional for health, legal or financial decisions.
Information about other people. If you mention other people in your chats or files, that information is processed in the same way as the rest of your chat content, including by the AI providers that generate the answers. Where a third party processes such data as an independent controller, it handles the data under its own privacy policy. Please read the policies of those third parties for more information. You are responsible for having the right to share information about other people (see Section 16).
The legal bases are those of the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR. Article references are the same in both.

Our legitimate interests are: running a free plan with ads, promoting Integri to existing users, keeping the service working, secure and free from fraud and abuse, fixing technical problems, understanding how the service is used so we can improve it, delivering top ups you ordered, and defending legal claims. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time (see Section 17).
Is providing data required? You need an account to use Integri, and you must enter a phone number to buy a top up. Chat content, Memory and the interest profile are needed for the app to work. If you do not consent to analytics, personalised ads, marketing or push notifications, you can still use the app.
Integri gives you access to more than 30 AI models from providers including Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, Perplexity and Z.ai (GLM). The full list is shown in the app.
Your app does not talk to these providers directly. Your prompt, any files and relevant Memory are sent to our backend, which sends them to the provider of the model you selected. The answer comes back to you through our backend. Providers process this data to generate the answer and may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse, under their terms with us.
We also use AI internally to create Memory entries, to build your news interest profile, to translate and summarise news, and to create chat titles.
Memory is switched on automatically for every account. Our AI saves short facts about you from your chats, such as your profession, language level, city or preferences, so that answers can be more personal.
Relevant Memory entries are sent to the AI model together with your prompt, and are also used for your news interest profile.
You can view, edit and delete your Memory entries in Profile, Memory.
Memory entries are kept until you delete them or your account.
We select news for you from sources in 62 countries. To do this we create an interest profile from the topics you choose, the articles you open and your Memory.
Your profile is converted into a numerical vector (an embedding) and compared with news articles. Articles that match closely are shown in your feed or sent as push notifications. Your country and language decide which local stories are eligible.
News may be summarised and translated by AI. Summaries can contain errors.
Personalisation is part of the news feature and cannot be switched off. If you do not want a personalised feed, you can stop using the news feature.
This is profiling under Article 4(4) GDPR. It only decides which news you see. It has no legal effect and no similarly significant effect on you, so Article 22 GDPR does not apply.
You can switch push notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Voice chat: your audio is processed by speech providers to create a transcript, and AI answers may be turned into speech. We do not use your voice to identify you.
Uploaded files: stored on our servers and sent to the selected model when needed to answer you.
Generated files and images: stored in your chat history until you delete the chat or your account.
Agents are AI assistants that can carry out tasks for you, such as finding a top up product. An agent can prepare a purchase but cannot complete a payment on its own. Every payment requires you to review the details and confirm on the payment screen.
App Store and Google Play purchases: Apple or Google process the payment under their own privacy policies. We receive the plan, price, transaction ID and renewal status, not your card details.
Web purchases: a payment provider processes your payment details. We do not store your full card number.
Subscription management: a service provider keeps your subscription status in sync across devices.
Mobile top ups and gift cards: we send the recipient phone number, operator, product and amount to our top up partner, which delivers it through the mobile operator. We store the numbers you use, the operator you chose and any name you give the number, so you can buy again quickly.
If you top up someone else's phone: please let them know. We use their number only to deliver the top up and to show it in your saved numbers.
Fraud and sanctions checks: we may check destination countries, numbers and payment patterns to prevent fraud and comply with sanctions law.
We access or store information on your device only when it is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, or with your consent. This follows Section 25 TDDDG (Germany), Section 165(3) TKG 2021 (Austria), PECR (UK) and the ePrivacy rules elsewhere in the EU.
Strictly necessary: login session, security, language, consent choices, payment processing, push token once you allow notifications.
Analytics (consent): tools that measure how the app and website are used.
Advertising (consent for personalised ads): Google AdMob and other ad networks connected through it. For personalised ads, ad networks act as independent controllers under their own policies.
Campaign measurement and marketing (consent): tools that tell us which ad, campaign or partner link led to an install, and that help us show our ads on other platforms (see Section 13).
How you give and change consent. When you first open the app in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, a consent screen lets you accept, reject or choose. On iOS, we also ask for permission to track under Apple's App Tracking Transparency. You can change your choices in your device settings (for example the tracking and advertising ID settings), on the website through the cookie settings, or by writing to support@integri.app. If you reject personalised ads, you still see ads in the free plan, but they are not based on your profile.
We promote Integri through marketing emails and paid advertising, and we target our marketing to users according to the purpose of each campaign, for example by language, country, interests, the features you use, or whether you are a free or paying user.
Marketing emails. As an existing user, you may receive emails about Integri's features, offers, news and campaigns, unless you object. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to support@integri.app.
Paid ads on other platforms. We run paid ads on platforms such as social networks, search engines and other apps. With your consent, we may share your email address or advertising ID in pseudonymised (hashed) form with these platforms, so that they can show our ads to you, avoid showing them to you, or find people with similar interests. The platforms process this data as independent controllers or joint controllers under their own privacy policies. Please read their policies for more information.
Measuring results. We measure how our campaigns perform, for example which ad led to an install and whether our emails were opened.
Your choice. You can object to direct marketing at any time, without giving a reason. We will then stop using your data for marketing.
We share data only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed:
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (servers, databases, file storage, data warehouse)
AI model providers (Section 6) and speech providers
Providers of authentication, push notifications, analytics and crash reporting
Advertising networks and advertising platforms
Email marketing and campaign measurement providers
App stores, payment providers and subscription management providers
Our top up and gift card partner, and mobile operators
Customer support tools
Professional advisers, authorities and courts, where required
A buyer or successor of our business, under confidentiality
Service providers act on our instructions as processors. Where a third party acts as an independent controller (for example app stores, payment providers, advertising platforms and mobile operators), it handles the data under its own privacy policy, and you should read that policy for more information. You can ask us at support@integri.app for more information about recipients.
Your account data, chats, files and Memory may be accessed by authorised members of our team or by our service providers when this is necessary, in particular to fix errors and technical problems (debugging), to maintain, test and develop the service, to answer your support requests, to investigate misuse, fraud or security incidents, or to comply with the law. Access is limited to what is needed for that purpose and to authorised persons who are bound by confidentiality. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working and secure service, Art. 6(1)(f), and, where a support request is concerned, the contract, Art. 6(1)(b).
You are responsible for the content you enter, upload and save in Integri, including chats, files, Memory, any sensitive information (see Section 4) and saved phone numbers, and for having the right to share any information about other people. Keep your own copy of anything important, because content you delete, or content in an account you delete, cannot be restored. This does not limit our duties under data protection law to keep your data secure.
You have the right to:
access your data and get a copy (Art. 15)
correct inaccurate data (Art. 16)
delete your data (Art. 17)
restrict processing (Art. 18)
receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing including related profiling (Art. 21)
not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that has legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22). We do not make such decisions.
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing (Art. 7(3))
To use your rights, write to support@integri.app from the email address linked to your Integri account, so that we can match your request to your account. We do not ask for identity documents. We answer within one month.
Complaints. You can complain to any data protection authority, in particular:
Austria: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at
Germany: the authority of your federal state, listed at bfdi.bund.de
Switzerland: Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), edoeb.admin.ch
United Kingdom: Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk
Other EU countries: the authority where you live or work

Integri is a general service and is not directed at children. The age from which a person can agree to the processing of their data differs from country to country. If you are below that age in your country, you may only use Integri with the permission of your parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for this decision, for giving any required consent and for supervising their child's use. If we become aware that a child uses Integri without the required permission, we may restrict or delete the account. Parents and guardians can contact us at support@integri.app.
We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls. No system is completely secure.
