• Ram Chandra Prasad, Engineering and Project Management Specialist. With over 49 years of experience, Ram Chandra Prasad is an accomplished professional with a deep understanding of Plant Layout, Piping, Pipeline, Procurement, and Project Management. He has held significant roles such as Engineering Advisor, General Manager (Engineering), Field Engineering Manager, and Department Manager. His career highlights include working on a wide range of projects across various industries, including Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petroleum Refineries, Petrochemicals, and Offshore projects.

• Mr. Prasad holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. University Baroda (1992) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Board of Technical Education, U.P. Lucknow (1972). He is a Life Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Indian Society of N.D.T, and a Member of the Indian Institute of Metals. He is also fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Bengali.

• Shambhu Nath Gupta, Senior Piping Design and Consulting Expert. Shambhu Nath Gupta is a result-oriented professional with 35 years of cross-cultural experience in Piping Design & Consulting. He has a robust background in Piping Material Technology, including the development of Piping Material Specifications (PMS) and Valve Material Specifications (VMS), creating data sheets for special piping items, and reviewing technical bid evaluations. His career has seen him in senior roles such as Consultant, Associate Chief Engineer, and Additional Chief Engineer. He is highly skilled in Proposal Engineering, which includes costing of piping items for EPC projects.

• Mr. Gupta's academic achievements are notable, with an M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (1979) and a B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri (1977). He is a member of the Indian Institute of Metals and the Indian Society of Non-Destructive Testing, both in the Baroda Chapter. He is a collaborative and analytical team player with excellent communication and planning skills.

He has served as a Lead Proposal Engineer for various projects, including those for IOCL and Duncan Fertilizer.
