These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Integer mobile application ("Integer", "App", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using Integer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
Integer is a math practice and brain-training application designed to provide mathematical exercises, challenges, progress tracking, streaks, goals, and related educational features.
The App is intended for personal and educational entertainment purposes.
You may use Integer for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree not to:
Misuse or interfere with the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App except where permitted by applicable law
Copy or redistribute the App's content without permission
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Circumvent purchase or subscription mechanisms
Attempt to manipulate scores, challenges, or other App functionality through unauthorized methods
Integer provides mathematical exercises and practice activities for educational and entertainment purposes.
The App is not a substitute for professional educational instruction, tutoring, or individualized academic advice.
We do not guarantee that using Integer will result in a particular academic, mathematical, or educational outcome.
Integer may provide certain features free of charge and may offer optional premium features through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Premium features may include additional content, functionality, challenges, or other benefits as described in the App.
The exact features included with a purchase or subscription will be displayed before purchase.
If Integer offers an auto-renewable subscription:
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Any applicable free trial or introductory offer will convert to the applicable paid subscription unless cancelled in accordance with Apple's terms.
You may cancel a subscription at any time through Apple's subscription management interface.
Subscription prices and durations are displayed in the App and may vary by country or region.
Apple's current App Review Guidelines require subscription apps to clearly describe what the customer receives for the subscription price before asking the customer to subscribe.
All purchases made through Integer use Apple's In-App Purchase system where required.
Apple is responsible for processing payments.
Integer does not directly process or store your payment card information.
Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, billing, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Where supported, users may restore previously purchased non-consumable products or subscriptions using the App's restore functionality.
Restoring a purchase does not create a new charge for the same purchase.
All content and materials contained within Integer, including but not limited to:
App design
Graphics
Icons
Text
User interface
Software
Branding
Logos
Original mathematical content
Layout and visual elements
are owned by or licensed to the developer of Integer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Integer or its content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
We aim to keep Integer available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be:
Available
Error-free
Uninterrupted
Compatible with every device or operating system version
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Integer when reasonably necessary.
Integer may receive updates from time to time.
Updates may include:
Bug fixes
Security improvements
New mathematical content
New challenges
Performance improvements
New or modified features
Some features may require an updated version of the App.
Integer may depend on services provided by Apple or other third parties.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Integer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties that the App will always meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use Integer.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to Integer, our services, or applicable laws.
The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of Integer after an update means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using Integer at any time by deleting the App from your device.
We may restrict or terminate access to Integer where reasonably necessary to protect the App, its users, our rights, or to comply with applicable law.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer and the user's applicable jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights you may have under mandatory local consumer protection laws.
