Emergency Mechanic Coordination Service: Free coordination of emergency car mechanics due to a vehicle breakdown or engine damage while driving on the road or private premises. Mechanic services for initial repairs at the scene (all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer).

Emergency Locksmith Coordination Service: Free coordination of emergency locksmiths due to lost keys or keys unable to open the car door. Mechanic services for initial repairs at the scene (all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer).

Emergency Fuel Refill Service: Free fuel refill in case of an emergency fuel depletion, quantity of 5 litres per instance. Service can be used once per year.

Emergency Towing Service: Free emergency vehicle lift-towing service to the nearest service center within a distance of 25 kilometers per instance, with an unlimited number of uses per year.

Coordination Service for Continuous Travel: Free coordination services in the following cases (all expenses other than the coordination service are the sole responsibility of the customer):

1. Assistance with replacement car rental coordination

2. Assistance with hotel or accommodation booking coordination
