Get involved in the scientific programme and submit your scientific and practical results
We've made a slight adjustment to the presentation format for some abstracts: instead of posters, we'll be having 5-minute flash presentation.
We made this change to ensure all participants have the opportunity to present their work and to foster more dynamic discussions.
The conference will be divided into:
Symposia;
Oral Communications.
The symposium will deal with a specific topic developed through the presentation of 3 papers of 15 minutes each and a short introduction by the proposer.
The abstract of the symposium presentation should be submitted with the following information:
Final title of the symposium
Short description of the symposium
Titles of the papers, first names, surnames and affiliations of the speakers
Authors/speakers are responsible for sending the abstract of their paper, specifying the title and the symposium to which it relates.
If you are interested, please send your proposal to the Scientific Committee at neuroscienzelab@gmail.com by 10 July 2025.
Some contributions will be selected for a 10-minute oral presentation (plus 2 minutes for discussion). The moderator of the free communication session will be appointed by the Scientific Committee.
Some contributions will be selected for a 5-minute oral presentation.
In addition to your oral presentation, participants assigned a flash presentation must also prepare a digital poster to be displayed on a tablet in the event area during the lunch break. QR codes will be provided for all digital posters, enabling attendees to access and view them easily on their mobile devices.
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English only. Authors and speakers are encouraged to check the English language carefully.
Abstracts that do not comply with the guidelines or are submitted after the deadline will be automatically disqualified.
Authors will be held responsible for the content of the contributions. Please do not send multiple copies of the same abstract.
All submitted abstracts are subjected to a peer review process.
Please also indicate your preference for oral and/or poster presentation. However, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the requested presentation type from oral to poster or from poster to oral.
