We will work with you to help you to achieve the goals you set for your students.

Your coach will meet with you, and discuss a student-centered goal for your classroom. A coach will observe your classroom, and provide data to you about what we see. Coaches are not in your classroom to judge, only to observe. We will help brainstorm strategies to help you to build classroom culture, plan standards-based lessons with specific learning targets, as well as engage and assess your students.
