Hi! I’m the founder of Instructional Coach Co., a former high school science teacher turned full-time instructional coach with a passion for helping educators thrive.

With over 18 years in education, I’ve supported teachers, teams, and leaders in creating classrooms where all students succeed. My journey began in the science lab, but over time, I realized my heart was in helping other teachers build confidence, clarity, and community through coaching and collaboration.

As an instructional coach, I work side-by-side with teachers to strengthen instruction through data, reflection, and action. I lead collaborative teams, design professional learning, develop teacher leaders, and support educators with practical tools that are actually usable in the chaos of real classrooms.
