Terms of Use for Instosh

Welcome to *Instosh*! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, "Service"), operated by Mehmet Demirel ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Instosh. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
2.1. *Account Creation*: Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
2.2. *Account Security*: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share your password or permit unauthorized access. Notify us immediately of any breach.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
* Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
* Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation.
* Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the Service.
* Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content.
* Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. License & Intellectual Property
4.1. *License Grant*: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices solely to access its features.
4.2. *Restrictions*: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
4.3. *Ownership*: All content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Mehmet Demirel or licensors.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
Your use of Instosh is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
6. Subscription, Fees & Payments
6.1. *Subscription Plans*: We may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Details of pricing, duration, and features are displayed in the App.
6.2. *Billing & Renewal*: Paid subscriptions auto‑renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours prior. Billing is handled through your app store or play store account; you authorize charges accordingly.
6.3. *Refund Policy*: Refunds are governed by your app store’s policies. For assistance, contact instoshhelp@hotmail.com.
7. Modifications to Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will display a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use and delete all copies of the App.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
9.1. *As‑Is*: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express or implied warranties.
9.2. *Liability Cap*: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months, or USD 50, whichever is lower.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mehmet Demirel and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ankara, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
