Return Policy
At InstaOTP, we do not issue refunds for purchased numbers once the SMS is received and activation is completed. If you do not receive an SMS message within the specified time, the funds will be automatically returned after activation is canceled. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our services.
Refund Requests
We honor refund requests for the following reasons:
Non-receiving SMS: Due to potential server issues, you may not receive an SMS with a confirmation code. In this case, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-receipt must be submitted within 5 days from the purchase date; otherwise, the product will be considered activated.
Invalid Virtual Number Issues: If you encounter problems using the number after receiving an SMS, you must provide evidence of the invalid number (e.g., screenshots for 2FA). Claims must be submitted within 5 days. If you do not contact us during this period, we will consider the product successfully activated, and you forfeit the right to a refund for invalid number issues.
Major Defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. For such issues, please contact us at InstaOTP. We reserve the right to rectify the error within 5 days. If we cannot resolve the issue within that timeframe, we will issue a full refund without compensation or offer a replacement of equivalent value, at the customer’s choice. Please note that temporary access to your web host/server may be required for our technicians to diagnose and fix any issues. Delays in providing access may result in prolonged issue resolution, and refusal to provide access will disqualify you from a refund.
Limitations
InstaOTP is not responsible for incorrect use of API functions or other software bugs resulting from user error. Refunds for software bugs are not provided. Additionally, we do not accept refund, return, or exchange requests based on incompatibility with third-party software (plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.). We do not guarantee full compatibility with any third-party programs, including web hosts, and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted to our Support team at InstaOTP within 5 days of placing the order. Please include detailed and justified reasons for your request. Ensure that your request aligns with our Terms and Conditions.
