I am a certified Personal Chef through the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and certified ServSafe Food Protection Manager through the National Restaurant Association.
As an avid foodie, I have always been passionate about cooking and love sharing my creations with my four children and husband. When I began cooking with my Instant Pot, I was instantly hooked as it made meal prep much more efficient and fun! My passion for cooking blossomed with television cooking shows, especially "Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Meals”. Like Rachael, I adore garlic and add it to nearly everything. I was further inspired by such shows as “The Chew” and “Chopped”. In fact, one of my own recipes was featured on an episode of “The Chew”. I was also a finalist in the Daily Herald’s 2019 cooking competition “Cook of the Week”.
I provide in-home cooked meals for my weekly clients in addition to personal chef services for private dinner parties, holiday events, and corporate functions. I also love to host cooking events, including private and group demos with classes in person and through Zoom. These demos and classes include Instant Pot and air fryer cooking, building the perfect charcuterie board, baking delicious breads, and other fun and exciting cooking tips and tricks.
