JanoGroup LLC Terms of Use for Instant Translator AI

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Instant Translator AI application published by JanoGroup LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app or 16 years old if you are located in the European Economic Area. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2 What the app does
Instant Translator AI provides translation features that may include text translation, voice translation using the device microphone, photo translation from images, text to speech playback, and saving items such as favorites locally on your device.
Some features rely on third party services for translation, speech processing, or image recognition. The app is provided as is and as available.
3 Your content and permissions
3.1 Your content
You are responsible for all content you submit to the app including text, audio, images, and other inputs. You represent that you have the legal right to use and share this content.

4 Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, subscriptions, or security controls. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, prompts, or non public interfaces. You may not use automated scripts or bots to create excessive requests or abuse the service. You may not use the app to provide regulated or professional services where human verification is required, such as medical or legal advice.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe there is misuse or abuse.
5 Output and accuracy disclaimer
The app may produce translations or AI assisted outputs that are incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.
Translations are provided for informational and utility purposes only. Do not rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, safety critical, or regulated decisions. You are responsible for verifying outputs before use.
6 Intellectual property
6.1 The app
The app including its software, design, interface, branding, and non user content is owned by JanoGroup LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your content
You retain ownership of your original content. You grant JanoGroup LLC and its service providers a limited license to process your content only to provide the app functionality such as translation or speech processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
7 Free and paid features subscriptions and billing
7.1 Plans and limits
The app may offer free and paid features. Usage limits may apply and features or limits may change over time.
7.2 Billing
Subscriptions and in app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the applicable store policies. Prices shown at purchase time control.
7.3 Free trials
If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends according to store rules.
7.4 Restores
If supported, you may restore purchases using the app restore mechanism. Successful restore depends on the store account used for purchase.
8 Third party services
The app may integrate third party services such as translation APIs, advertising networks, subscription management services, or AI and vision providers. JanoGroup LLC is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third parties.
Your use of third party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9 Privacy
Your use of the app is governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is processed and shared.
10 Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available. JanoGroup LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
11 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanoGroup LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanoGroup LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on app outputs.
13 Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. JanoGroup LLC may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
Subscriptions must be managed or canceled through your app store account.
14 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
