While the app does work on a real phone...

...it's not available on the app store.

Since we built the app with the create-react-native-app project, it requires a considerable amount of time to make the app available on an app store for download. However, it does run on real phones if my laptop is on the same network and you use the Expo Go app. Email us if you'd like to try it for real.
