Who is the NNS Operating System for?

The NNS OS is built for service‑based businesses and notaries who are tired of running everything from their head, inbox, or random folders. It’s ideal if you work with recurring clients or projects and want a repeatable way to onboard, organize, and track your work.

What tools do I need to use this system?

You need a Google account you’re comfortable using for business (for Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Google Sites). You also need at least one way to accept payments online—Stripe is recommended if you want to connect revenue and payment links directly into your OS.

Do I have to move my existing website?

No. You can keep your current website on whatever platform you’re using. The NNS OS runs behind the scenes inside your Google Workspace and connects to your important links (website, intake form, payment pages, client resources) so the back‑end is organized even if your site builder never changes.

What if I don’t have a website yet?

You can still install the OS. You’ll start with your file system, intake process, and owner control center. If you’d like a simple web presence, I can create a focused Home / Offer / Contact layout and connect it into your operating system as an add‑on.

Do I need to know how to code or use Apps Script?

No. All automation is set up for you as part of the installation. You’ll interact with simple forms, buttons, and menus. You do not need to write or maintain any code.

What exactly do you install for me?

You receive: a structured folder system in Google Drive, a client intake form and register, a private owner control center site that links everything together, and basic dashboards built from your data. You also receive written guides so you can understand and run the system without guessing.

How long does the installation take?

After you complete your intake form and send the requested information, installation typically takes 7–14 business days. You’ll receive an estimated timeline and a confirmation email so you know what to expect.

Will this work if I’m just starting my business?

Yes. In many ways, that’s the best time to install a system. You can grow into the structure instead of trying to fix chaos later. The OS can be kept simple at first and expanded as you add offers, services, or team members.

What happens if I change tools later?

Because the OS is built in your Google Workspace, the core structure stays the same even if you change your website platform, calendar app, or payment provider. Links and connections can be updated without rebuilding your entire operating system.

What support do I receive after installation?

Every NNS OS install includes a Personalized System Walkthrough Video—a screen recording tailored to your specific setup that walks you through every part of your new operating system.
