Your other option is to use PlayOnLinux to try and install the official Yahoo Messenger installer. However, this is unlikely to work, so I won't describe the process here. It crashed when I tried it on Ubuntu 14.04.

I had to rebuild a computer that due to use case has Windows 10 1809 and the newest version doesn't allow installation on anything less than 1909 it looks like. Any chance someone has an installer still on their computer, in their downloads, etc that is in the .90's? I think my last version that was working was stuck at 93.0.0.0... Thank you!

Most technicians bring along various program installers (such as the latest antivirus update, iTunes & Winamp etc.) on a USB drive to their clients houses because the client may not have internet access, it is very slow, or the program installer is very large.

here is a very easy method:

copy the hole folder of the downloaded messenger from a pc that already has it, paste it at your UBS and again copy and it at the same directory at any pc that you want

If you allow it to install, and check the app settings for messenger afterwards, you'll most likely (depending on version and device) see at the very bottom what app installed it. On my devices, it says something like this:

Now, it seems that these two apps come preinstalled on a lot of android devices (most?), and they are responsible for installing updates to the Facebook and Facebook messenger app. I haven't decompiled these and dug into them just yet, but the fact that "Facebook App Installer" is listed as the installer of all Facebook related apps, and the fact that Facebook App Installer comes preinstalled should tell you all you need to know to answer the question here of how Facebook circumvents the permission requests to install messenger.

-developers.com/tmobile-lg-v10/help/suspicious-apps-apps-section-facebook-t3415876Briefly talks about how to remove (seems you must root your phone to truly get rid of this). It also links to _data_leak_no_account/ which seems to speculate that these two apps collect data from device even when the Facebook app (and messenger) isn't installed on device. Meanwhile -samsung-isnt-pre-installing-facebook-on-your-phone/ says the reverse thing; that these two apps does not collect any information on their own.

Well i don't know about you, but i have a special nostalgia on MSN Messenger, i used it every single day from the version 6 until the 2012 release.

Researching about MSN i came across Escargot MSN Server, just a disclaimer, i have nothing to do with this project, i'm just a person who thought that was a cool idea.

is the home page, they provide pre-patched installers so you can install it, create an account and enjoy the nostalgia, or you can download the official releases and patch it yourself.

About the safety of your conversation, well i can't say for sure but i wouldn't send sensitive information over, but is a cool thing to have in your 98/XP box to talk with your friends.

What you guys think about?

Yesterday i tried to install the 7.0 6.0 and 5.0 version on windows 98 and the installer wouldn't work on Windows 98, maybe with kernelex or any update to windows installer it will install.

When i get some time i will try, otherwise i guess it would require XP.

Very interesting. My friends and I have been looking for a new chat client for a while after Yahoo! made a complete cluster of its chat client way back. If this works then returning to good old msn messenger would be just fine by us.

If you use Yahoo! Messenger, you must be aware of its online installer. Whenever you download Yahoo! Messenger setup from Yahoo! official website, it downloads a small setup file on your computer which requires Internet connection while installation to download the required setup files.

Here is another method to save the full installer of Yahoo! Messenger for future use. When you run the small online installer and it downloads the required files from Internet, it actually downloads the full setup on your computer. So you can save that full installer at a safe place for future use.

The Swift Package Manager is a tool for automating the distribution of Swift code and is integrated into the swift compiler. It's still in early development, but we'll be adding support for certain parts of messenger (specifically, the bits that make requests) soon.

Select the Brosix download button above to begin downloading the Brosix installer. Once the download is complete, select the Brosix_setup.exe file in your download bar or folder in order to launch the installer.

The Brosix installer will automatically install the program on your computer. After installation, the Brosix app will launch with the icon in both the task-bar and the tray-icons area. You can now either create an account, log in to your network using the credentials provided to you by your network administrator.

I downloaded WhatsApp for my MacBook Air and everything works fine. I have the application icon at the bottom of my screen just as any other app I have on here. However, when I installed WhatsApp, a WhatsApp installer icon popped up onto my desktop screen and i cannot delete it. If i delete it, the entire WhatsApp application will not work and I then I have to redownload it again and keep the WhatsApp installer on my desktop. This never used to happen and it just started last week (when I reinstalled the Macos - Monterey 12.6.7). I'll attach photos so you know what I am talking about. Any help is appreciated! ff782bc1db
