Anyone else having issues with Facebook messenger photos being sent and received in low resolution. When I download the photo I can see the high resolution. When I send photo it looks crystal clear on my end but the person receiving gets a low resolution copy of it. This just started happening when I switched to a pixel 4xl from my xiaomi. Thanks.

Photos sent from android devices are definitely worse. Also some android devices are definitely worse than others. It shows the photo size on sent images on lite so the compression level is easily checkable.

I got my friend a s10e to send me better cat pics, and it definitely takes better cats pics than the old phone (also A3) and also definitely compresses them far worse on messenger (but only sometimes?), so I was getting even more pixelated cats! Sure enough her pics show the lowest size images on messenger lite.

when I said that in her settings in messages look to see that 'Show Contact Photos' doesn't even show up, it was just a reference for her to see if it was on or off. On my phone it says under 'Show Contact Photos' Show photos of your contacts in the Messages list' So, she doesn't even have it to give the choice to put one in.

In her contact list all the names have a circle with their initials under it and yes when she presses and holds it does give the drop down menu. So, in order to do what I do(which is to touch and press on the circle of the persons name in my messenger list) there is no circle, just the name of the person and when she presses nothing! in order for it to happen, she had to touch the 'i' in the circle on the top right then press the press the circle from there but thats just two extra steps.

The Hadley Pro is nearly the ideal street photography bag for a couple of rangefinder style bodies with lenses mounted, and perhaps a third lens stored by itself. Its insert is fantastic. Light padding with an interior that allows Velcro dividers to be placed anywhere on the inner walls, so an infinite combination of space division can be created, based on whatever load-out I happen to be using that day.

I do understand that the Filson + Magnum photo bags have only just been released. As with any bag system, it takes months and years for additional accessories to be added and for the features to be improved.

Last week, members of the public were asked to wave at Saturn as Cassini photographed Earth and the Moon as a part of a large mosaic of Saturn. It was a fun gimmick even though there was only a one in a million chance that a photon from your hand and arm would reach Cassini's camera detector -- and that's if you were outdoors for the whole half-hour of the observation. For me here in Los Angeles, Saturn was just barely above the horizon and thus behind buildings for us, but my daughter and I walked outside anyway. I'm enjoying watching this thread on unmannedspaceflight.com, where different people are trying their hands at processing the images into prettiness.

A different space camera received a lot more photons from Earth and the Moon that same day: MESSENGER. During a search for small (hence, faint) satellites, the Earth-Moon pair passed through MESSENGER's wide-angle camera field of view. They're blobs in the image below, although in fact neither is actually wider than one pixel -- they are just so bright that they expanded into brilliant blobbiness. I haven't seen someone do the calculation for how likely photons reflected from any one person were to reach Mercury. According to the caption published with the MESSENGER Earth-Moon photo, Pluto is actually also in this image, but far too faint for MESSENGER to see it.

Here is a lovely comparison photo assembled by the Planetary Habitability Laboratory using image data from Earth's weather satellites acquired at about the same time, from about the same angle, as the MESSENGER photo -- only from much, much closer. The GOES image was grayscale; it has been colorized with data from NASA's Visible Earth project using the Planetary Habitability Laboratory's Scientific Exoplanets Renderer software.

For instance today I sent photos of xmas decorations to a facebook messenger group (as above) clearly showing the eight pictures I selected. However what appeared in the chat box was not the pictures showing.. In fact they were ummmmmm pictures that would normally never been shown.. yes emabarrising.

I disabled the default sony album when i first got the sony zx, without having the option of albums inside the app I find it impossible to save photos in an organised manner. I have always used quickpics on all my sony phones. My sony z3 and z5 never had this issue with attaching photos in fb messenger.

The silly thing is when you first send the photos they appear as they should. Its only when you click on them they change to random photos. I have also confirmed with the recievers that they are seeing the incorrect photos

NASA's MESSENGER spacecraft was the first probe ever to orbit the planet Mercury. It arrived in orbit around the innermost planet in our solar system in 2011 and ended its mission in 2015 with a crash into the planned planet's surface. The probe snapped more than 200,000 photos of Mercury. Here: Kandinsky crater lies near Mercury's north pole, and may have hosted water ice. MESSENGER spacecraft's Wide Angle Camera broadband image appears at left, outlined in yellow, and superimposed on an MDIS polar mosaic. The view on the right shows the same image but with the brightness and contrast adjusted to show details of the crater's shadowed floor. Image released Oct. 15, 2014. Read the full story here.

Access, organization, expansion, and protection set this aesthetically beautiful bag far apart from run-of-the-mill messengers. Access via the 1-handed, secure MagLatch closure hardware, which adjusts to allow up to 6L of internal expansion.

You should never click on any link or photo or document that is presented to you like this. You are the first line of defense and although Norton can stop many potential problems it will not catch everything so you must be diligent in the cyber world.

3. Block the person who sent you the message, and report the incident to Facebook right away from within Messenger. On the app, tap the profile photo, scroll down, and tap Block. Then tap Report to report the issue. On the desktop version, tap the Options icon (three dots), then tap Blocking in the left rail, then Edit, next to Block message. You can also send a message to Facebook at phish@fb.com.

I cannot find my saved facebook messenger images on my Samsung Galaxy S8 photos, i looked everywhere, in all my albums, pictures, downloads files etc.tried looking everywhere for my messenger photos, no luck what should i do. help

To take a 360 photo in Messenger, take a panorama with your phone's camera, or take a 360 photo with a third-party camera or app. You can now share it in Messenger as you would any other photo -- the app will convert panoramas to 360 photos automatically.

Facebook, by contrast, has been rolling out support for 360-degree, immersive content over the past year. In August, the social network rolled out a built-in 360-degree camera, and began allowing users to choose a 360 photo as their profile picture or cover photo. Just a week later, company researchers announced they training a neural network to edit the photos and improve their stitching. And Facebook continues to increase support for 3D content, which users can click and rotate in a similar fashion to 360 photos.

Second, think about the impacts of your suggestion. If you have 100 GB of photos on your device, then that would mean that the app would have to transfer all those files. This would become very evident when you max out your transfer limits. It is also possible for users to see what data bandwidth an app uses. If Facebook was doing this type of transfer, it would be the top app for data use, and questions would be asked.

Aside from the generous amount of space available for your photography equipment, the designers of this bag have also made provisions for just about everything else. Storage spaces for small essentials like batteries, SD cards and chargers are built in, along with compartments specifically meant for laptops and tablets.

Like any other messenger bag, the Retrospective 30 has a wide flap that serves as the cover for the main compartment. Being made from the same canvas material as the rest of the bag, this Velcro-secured cover is easy to move out of the way if you need to grab your gear.

This DSLR messenger bag has a removable, padded pouch that serves as storage for your gear. It also comes with adjustable dividers so you can customize the fit and a cover that folds over the top of the equipment space. This cover provides a measure of weather resistance while also serving as additional protection against unwanted attention.

While many messenger-style camera bags are built for one purpose, the Trooper is designed with flexibility in mind. This means that aside from being able to safely carry your photo gear, you can also remove its internal dividers to end up with a decent-sized bag that can hold all your stuff.

Aside from carrying camera gear, messenger bags are also great for everyday use. When not being used on a shoot, these bags can usually be converted to carryalls by simply removing their dividers and inserts. These bags are also usually very stylish so they should enhance the look of any user who makes it a point to dress well. 2351a5e196
