Eating lots of colorful fruit, & veggies is so good for us

Drinking lots of water is so good for our minds, and bodies - tip: Add lemon if you don't like the plain water all the time - this is helpful to drink more water
Drinking water with lemon or lime helps decrease the pain level of your migraines: "Real Lemon" is actual real lemon juice and is a great alternative to natural lemon, and if you want lemon pulp in your water - natural lemon is best
Protein and Grains are musts to add to at least 2 or even 1 meal per day if you can't commit or incorporate these into 2 meals per day
Getting and Being Physically Active is helpful to boost mood, increase memory, spark creativity, and helps our hearts become healthier, our minds, and bodies healthier. Physical Activity boosts energy, and motivates us to do even more
Going for a 30 minute walk every day, or even 2 - 15 minute walks per day is helpful to decrease anxiety, and helps our bodies digest food, increases our energy, and helps our hearts, and decreases chances that prediabetics from getting Diabetes 2

Declutter and relax your mind by journaling, and winding down by writing down to - do lists, your goals, and even short stories, or long ones - about your days, or any trauma you may find yourself thinking about - and write how you over came that trauma, or how you hope to over come it. Write down 5 good resources and coping skills you promise to try to cope with trauma, and feelings of anxiety, or grief, depression, and loneliness
