Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is a common treatment for lots of injuries and health conditions. It's also a common rehab step after surgeries. Whether you only need a few sessions after an injury or long-term help managing a chronic condition, physical therapy can improve your strength, flexibility and mobility.
Behavioral Therapy
Behavioral therapy is an umbrella term for types of therapy that treat mental health disorders. It’s based on the idea that all behaviors are learned and that behaviors can be changed.
Depression, anxiety, panic, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), social phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, self-harming behavior, substance use disorders etc.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy (OT) is a branch of health care that helps people of all ages who have physical, sensory, or cognitive problems. OT can help them regain independence in all areas of their lives.
Occupational therapists help with barriers that affect a person's emotional, social, and physical needs. To do this, they use everyday activities, exercises, and other therapies.
OT helps kids play, improves their school performance, and aids their daily activities. It also boosts their self-esteem and sense of accomplishment.
