She specializes in play therapy, First Play®, EMDR, individual counseling for children and teens, and family therapy.
Whitney works with infants, children, and adolescents experiencing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, including PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, and coping skill deficits. She is passionate about helping young people and their families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges.

Heather is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families cope with life's transitions and stressors with compassion and understanding. She frequently works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the effects of traumatic experiences.
Heather is especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ youth and their families through gender-affirming care that fosters safety, acceptance, and resilience. She strives to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
Drawing from a person-centered and play therapy approach, Heather tailors treatment to meet the unique needs of each child and family. She also incorporates techniques from Adlerian therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based interventions to promote emotional growth, healthy relationships, and lasting positive change.
Jason is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who works with children ages 7 and older, adolescents, and adults. He is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to reach their goals.
Jason frequently works with children experiencing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and depression. He incorporates play therapy techniques into his work with children, recognizing the importance of play as a natural and effective way for young clients to express emotions, process experiences, and develop healthy coping skills.
In addition to his work with children, Jason is passionate about supporting parents throughout their parenting journey. He believes that meaningful change often happens when caregivers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to help their children thrive. Jason has led parent support groups, providing encouragement, education, and a sense of community for parents facing a variety of challenges.
