Whitney is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor (RPT-S). She specializes in play therapy, First Play, EMDR, individual counseling with children and adolescents, and family therapy. She has over 12 years experience as a therapist. Whitney works with infants, children, and adolescents all struggling with a variety of difficulties such as PTSD, anxiety, attachment, depression, ADHD, trauma issues, emotional regulation, and coping skills.
Heather is a licensed clinical social worker who often works with children and families who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD, or who have experienced traumatic events. She is passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ youth and their families to provide gender-affirming care and support.
She is in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and takes a person-centered, play therapy approach to many cases. Heather also has experience in Adlerian therapy, DBT, CBT, and attachment-based interventions.
Cyndie is a licensed clinical social worker who works alongside with her approved play therapy dogs, Norm, Dori, and Cliff. Cyndie is a Certified Professional Practitioner in Animal Assisted Play Therapy ®, an AutPlay provider, a Certified Autism Specialist, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. Throughout her career, Cyndie has had the privilege to work with adults and children who are autistic, diagnosed with ADHD or working through depression, anxiety, or grief. Cyndie, Cliff, Norm, and Dori strive to help clients bravely face whatever may come their way. She makes every effort to help clients meet their goals through playful and strength-based approaches.
Jason is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who recently joined our team at Inspire Counseling. Jason works with children ages 7 and up, as well as adults. He often works with children struggling with symptoms of ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Jason utilizes play therapy techniques in order to best support a child in his or her therapy process. Jason feels passionate about supporting parents alongside of working with their children. He has led many parent support groups in order to provide parents with emotional support on their journey through parenthood.
