Co-Owner/Facility Director

As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) with 12 years of experience in special education, Calli has spent her career helping students with developmental disabilities grow. She believes that everyone, regardless of age, deserves the chance to reach new goals and be involved in the community. When she isn’t at the center, Calli is likely coaching on the basketball court, out at the barn with her horses, or spending time in reflection. Her Christian faith and her love for those with developmental disabilities are what inspired her to open this center.

With a heart truly dedicated to senior care, Jennifer joins Inspire ADC with over 40 years of experience as a licensed Nursing Home and Adult Day Center Administrator. Jennifer’s specialty is creating environments where seniors and their families feel like family. She believes that her Christian faith, compassion, and hard work are the foundation of great care. When she isn’t helping others' thrive, you can find her spending quality time with her seven grandkids or on a new travel adventure with her husband, Randy. Jennifer is thrilled to bring her lifetime of expertise to the Inspire ADC family.

Polly and Dave are the dynamic duo of Inspire ADC. Polly has spent 30 years in K-12 education, where she developed a deep expertise in helping individuals with developmental disabilities learn, grow, and thrive. Her passion after retirement extended to seniors, providing them with loving support as they enter new chapters of life. Dave joins the team with 32 years of business experience. He handles the center’s maintenance and operations, ensuring that Inspire ADC remains a smooth, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone. Outside of work, Polly and Dave cherish time with their family, riding horses, and growing together in their Christian faith.
