What makes Inspect It 360 different?

Our lead inspector, John Shaffer, is a native of South Florida and enjoys spending his free time at the dog park, on the water, or at outdoor events with his wife of 25 years, Lorie. They’ll often be found at food and music festivals or favorite local dining establishments enjoying time together. Barbecuing and cooking amazing food are also favorite pastimes of theirs. They are true foodies!

As for experience, even as a young man, John invested a large amount of time and energy in building his vast (and ever-growing) knowledge base. As a youth, he sold home improvement for several years. He also worked in pool service for a short time. After acquiring those skills, he started his own property management company while simultaneously working in pest control. Later, he expanded his knowledge and skills during his years as a Superintendent for a Residential Single-Family Home Builder in Georgia. He also studied HVAC and holds an EPA Certification. 

Continuing Education is a vital part of John’s success. He is always searching for information and opportunities which improve his ability to provide the ultimate in Home Inspections. John is also a firm believer that “superior customer service is the foundation of any great company”. He takes the time to fully explain your Inspection Report and answers any Questions you may have.
