Registration for EQUIP week 2026 is scheduled to open Feb 1, 2026.
Running Class Schedule.docxRegistration is now open! 2026 Groups begin the last week of January with Tuesday groups start the 27th at 6pm and Wednesday groups start the 28th at 10 am. These will meet every other weeks for 6 sessions each. The cost is $75 per church.
“The Shepherd’s Connection exists to provide pastors with safe spaces, authentic fellowship, mutual care, encouragement, and a place to be human; a place where they are not performing. It is not a training program, seminary class, leadership workshop, performance arena, nor a place to impress. It IS a fellowship of shepherds who gather to “Care and be cared for, listen and be listened to, strengthen and be strengthened.””

As a district, we have seen the great benefit of our pastors coming together to support each other. Leaving behind metrics, pedestals, and superhuman expectations, we know we are human too. In light of that, we also need support, like the people we care for on a weekly, and often daily, basis. The Shepherd’s Connection is an opportunity, via Zoom, for us to have just that. Pastor across Indiana South will gather to support, encourage, and be poured into as we are ministering to each other. Come enjoy what God is doing in Indiana South!
