Inson Wood 

 

Inson is an architect and interior designer at his own New York company, Inson Dubois Wood.  Due to his multilingual abilities, he has been able to work on projects in Australia, Japan, Italy, Thailand, and France.  As design director for master decorator-architect, Juan Pablo Molyneux, Inson worked on residential projects in Paris, Vail, New York, London, Naples, Miami, Scarsdale, Boston and Quebec.  After Molyneux, he worked as director of architecture and design for David Easton Inc. - projects included were in Aspen, Denver, Mexico City, Charlottesville, Montreal, Greenwich,and New York.  Inson's professional style encompasses traditional, contemporary, and modern styles.


Inson graduated top of his class at Cornell University with a 5-year Professional Degree in Architecture.  As an undergraduate he won Thesis of the Year, The Sands Memorial Medal, Downing Prize, and several traveling fellowships.  Inson received his Masters of Architecture from Harvard University.


A judo champion, Inson races bicycles and contributes to a nonprofit foundation that purchases bicycles for impoverished inner city children.  He considers Pearl Fryar an artist in the truest sense of the word.
