We operate on a first come first serve basis, but we usually have a website ready to go in 5-10 business days, but could vary depending on which package you choose.

We will take care of updating your website as needed. Please note that there is a difference between a "revision" and an "update".

A revision deals with changing site elements such as colors, fonts, navigation, etc.

An update deals with making the site up to date with your business's information such as contact info, hours of operation, location, etc.

While we do offer a wide variety of elements we can implement into you website, there are several things we do not offer since our main goal is to create simple and elegant sites for customers to interact with on mobile and desktop devices with minimal loading time.

Here are some of the things we don't offer:

• Live customer service chat embedding

• Dynamic (moving) elements

• Ecommerce features such as "add to cart" and "checkout"

• Autoplaying videos embedded directly into site

• Embedding advertisements into site

We accept many types of payment methods including cash, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, and credit/debit cards via Square.

Most of our customers pay 50% up front, 25% when the final draft is ready, and 25% when we publish the site live and hand the ownership over to you.
