Text Panel: Quick Replies (“Text Panel”, “the App”) is developed by Krepel Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, processed, stored, transmitted, and handled when you use Text Panel: Quick Replies.
By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Text Panel: Quick Replies is an Android application designed to help users create, organize, and quickly insert saved replies, text templates, scripts, and script packs into text fields in messaging apps and other supported applications.
The App provides features including:
saved scripts and quick replies;
text shortcuts;
a floating quick-reply panel;
folders, tags, and script packs;
AI-assisted text generation using a user-provided API key;
local JSON backup and restore;
Google Backup;
optional Pro features;
advertising in the Free version.
Scripts, templates, folders, tags, script packs, shortcuts, and most related App data are primarily processed and stored locally on the user's device.
Krepel Studio does not operate a remote server for storing users' scripts, messages, conversations, or text libraries.
Text content created or saved by the user may include:
scripts;
quick replies;
text templates;
folders;
tags;
script packs;
shortcuts;
related settings.
This information is primarily stored locally on the user's device.
Krepel Studio does not intentionally upload the contents of saved scripts, templates, or text libraries to Krepel Studio servers.
Users are responsible for the information they choose to store in the App.
We recommend avoiding the storage of passwords, authentication credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or other confidential data unless the user understands the risks associated with storing such information on their device.
Text Panel uses Android's Accessibility Service to provide core functionality such as detecting text input fields, recognizing shortcuts, opening the quick-reply panel, and inserting selected text.
When the Accessibility Service is enabled, the App may access information necessary to:
detect editable text fields;
identify supported applications;
recognize configured text shortcuts;
recognize the // command used to open the quick-reply panel;
determine the location and dimensions of the active text input field;
automatically position the quick-reply panel near or above the active input field;
insert a script or saved text selected by the user into the active text field.
Because of the way Android Accessibility Services operate, the service may technically have access to information about the currently active application, visible interface elements, editable text fields, and text entered into relevant fields.
Text Panel uses this access only for the user-facing functionality described above.
Accessibility-related processing is designed to occur locally on the device.
Krepel Studio does not intentionally collect, transmit, sell, or remotely store the contents of unrelated conversations or text fields.
The Accessibility Service is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by the user through Android system settings.
Users may disable the Accessibility Service at any time.
Text Panel may request permission to display content over other applications.
This permission is used to show the floating quick-reply panel while the user is working in another supported application.
The panel allows users to browse saved scripts and insert selected text without leaving the current application.
The overlay permission itself does not provide unrestricted access to information stored inside other applications.
Users may disable this permission at any time through Android system settings.
Text Panel may use information provided by the Accessibility Service to determine the position and dimensions of the currently active editable text field.
This allows the quick-reply panel to automatically appear in a suitable position near or above the active input field.
Positioning information is used locally to provide the App's interface functionality and is not intentionally transmitted to Krepel Studio servers.
Text Panel allows users to configure applications in which the floating quick-reply panel may operate.
The App may use Android application package names to determine whether the quick-reply functionality should be available in a particular application.
Compatible applications may include messaging, communication, productivity, social media, AI, and other applications containing supported text input fields.
Examples may include:
Telegram;
WhatsApp;
Viber;
Signal;
Messenger;
Instagram;
Facebook;
ChatGPT;
Discord;
Slack;
other compatible applications.
Text Panel is an independent application.
Compatibility with or mention of any third-party application does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval by the owner of that application.
Users may assign shortcuts to saved scripts or templates.
When Accessibility Service functionality is enabled, Text Panel may process relevant text input locally to detect configured shortcuts.
When a matching shortcut is detected, the App may insert or replace the shortcut with the corresponding saved text.
This processing is performed solely to provide the shortcut functionality.
Krepel Studio does not intentionally transmit unrelated typed text to Krepel Studio servers.
Text Panel may provide optional AI-assisted functionality for creating or processing scripts and script packs.
Depending on the available features, AI functionality may be used to:
generate scripts;
generate script packs;
improve existing text;
shorten text;
rewrite text;
change tone;
translate text;
perform other user-requested text transformations.
AI functionality is optional.
To use these features, users may connect their own API key for a supported third-party AI provider.
Supported providers may include:
OpenAI;
OpenRouter;
Google AI / Gemini;
Anthropic;
other compatible providers that may be supported in future versions.
When the user explicitly starts an AI operation, information required to perform the request may be transmitted to the AI provider selected by the user.
This information may include:
prompts entered by the user;
scripts submitted for processing;
text selected for rewriting, translation, or improvement;
instructions entered by the user;
information required to generate script packs.
The user's API key is used to authenticate requests with the selected AI provider.
Krepel Studio does not intentionally send the user's AI API key to Krepel Studio servers.
Third-party AI providers process submitted information according to their own privacy policies, API terms, retention policies, and account settings.
Users should review the privacy practices of their selected AI provider before using AI functionality.
Users should avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information unless they understand and accept the selected provider's data-handling practices.
The Free version of Text Panel may display advertisements using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect, process, and transmit certain technical information required to provide advertising, measure advertising performance, perform analytics, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with legal requirements.
Depending on the user's device, location, consent choices, SDK configuration, and Google services being used, this information may include:
IP address;
approximate location derived from IP address;
interactions with the App;
interactions with advertisements;
advertising impressions and clicks;
App usage information;
diagnostic and performance information;
Android Advertising ID;
App Set ID;
device or other identifiers.
Google may process this information for purposes including:
advertising;
advertising measurement;
analytics;
fraud prevention;
security;
compliance with legal requirements.
Information transmitted by Google Mobile Ads SDK is transmitted using encrypted connections where supported.
Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on the user's region, consent choices, Android settings, Google account settings, and applicable legal requirements.
Krepel Studio does not sell users' scripts, conversations, text templates, or saved replies to advertisers.
Where required by applicable law or Google requirements, Text Panel may use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and manage advertising-related privacy choices.
Consent choices may relate to:
personalized advertising;
non-personalized advertising;
advertising measurement;
storage or access to advertising identifiers;
other advertising technologies.
Users may be able to review or change their privacy choices where supported by Google's consent system.
Text Panel may offer a paid Pro or Premium upgrade through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are processed by Google Play.
Krepel Studio does not directly receive or store complete credit card details, bank card credentials, or other full payment information.
Google may provide the App with information required to:
verify completed purchases;
determine whether Pro access is active;
restore eligible purchases;
manage the user's purchase entitlement.
Payment processing is governed by Google's applicable privacy policy and payment terms.
Text Panel may support Android and Google Backup functionality.
If Google Backup is enabled on the user's device, eligible App data may be backed up using services operated by Google.
Backup availability and behavior may depend on:
Android version;
device manufacturer;
Google account settings;
device backup configuration;
Google Backup availability.
Information stored through Google Backup is processed by Google under Google's applicable privacy terms.
Users may manage backup preferences through their Android or Google account settings.
Text Panel may allow users to create a local backup of App data in JSON format.
A local backup may contain information such as:
scripts;
folders;
tags;
script packs;
shortcuts;
App settings.
The backup is created only when initiated by the user.
The user controls where the backup file is stored and is responsible for protecting, copying, sharing, or deleting the backup.
When restoring a backup, Text Panel accesses only the backup selected by the user.
Where file access is required for backup or restore functionality, Text Panel uses Android's available file-selection mechanisms.
The App is designed to access only files or locations selected or authorized by the user for the relevant operation.
Text Panel does not require unrestricted access to all files stored on the user's device for its normal text-management functionality.
Text Panel may use Internet access for functionality including:
Google AdMob advertising;
Google User Messaging Platform;
Google Play Billing;
AI requests initiated by the user;
communication with the AI provider selected by the user;
Google and Android services required for App functionality.
Core saved scripts, templates, folders, and script packs do not require transmission to Krepel Studio servers.
Text Panel may guide users to Android battery optimization settings where necessary to improve the reliability of Accessibility Service or overlay functionality.
Changing battery optimization settings may help Android keep required App components available more reliably.
This system setting does not itself provide Text Panel with access to additional personal information.
Text Panel does not require a Krepel Studio user account.
If a user voluntarily contacts Krepel Studio by email, we may receive:
the user's email address;
the user's name, if provided;
the contents of the message;
attachments;
diagnostic information voluntarily provided by the user.
This information may be used to:
respond to support requests;
investigate technical problems;
answer questions;
maintain necessary support records;
comply with legal requirements.
Text Panel may use or interact with third-party services including:
Google Play;
Google Play Billing;
Google AdMob;
Google Mobile Ads SDK;
Google User Messaging Platform;
Google Backup;
AI providers selected by the user.
These services may independently collect, process, transmit, or retain information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Krepel Studio does not control the independent data-processing practices of these third parties.
Krepel Studio does not sell users' scripts, templates, conversations, saved replies, or personal information.
Information may be transmitted to third parties only where required for functionality selected by the user or provided by integrated third-party services.
Examples include:
Google for advertising and advertising measurement;
Google for analytics, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and security related to advertising;
Google Play for purchases and entitlement verification;
Google Backup when device backup is enabled;
an AI provider selected by the user when the user initiates an AI operation;
legal authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.
The contents of saved scripts are not intentionally shared with advertisers.
Locally stored scripts, folders, tags, script packs, shortcuts, and settings generally remain on the user's device until the user:
deletes them;
clears App data;
restores or replaces App data;
uninstalls the App.
Local JSON backup files remain in the location selected by the user until the user deletes them.
Google Backup retention is controlled by Google and the user's Google account settings.
Advertising-related data collected by Google is retained according to Google's applicable policies.
Information transmitted to an AI provider is retained according to that provider's privacy policy, API terms, and account configuration.
Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with applicable legal requirements.
We take reasonable measures to design Text Panel so that core text-management functionality is processed locally where practical.
However, no device, network transmission, storage system, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for:
their Android device;
device screen lock;
AI API keys;
local backup files;
scripts containing sensitive information;
their Google account.
Users may control many privacy-related features directly.
Depending on the feature, users may:
disable the Accessibility Service;
disable permission to display over other apps;
change the list of supported applications;
delete scripts and other locally stored data;
clear App data;
uninstall the App;
delete local JSON backups;
manage Google Backup;
remove an AI API key;
stop using AI functionality;
manage advertising privacy choices;
manage or reset the Android Advertising ID;
change applicable Google privacy and advertising settings.
Depending on the user's country or region, applicable privacy laws may provide rights relating to personal information.
These rights may include the right to:
request information about personal data processing;
request access to personal information;
request correction of inaccurate information;
request deletion where applicable;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
lodge a complaint with an applicable data protection authority.
Because most Text Panel content is stored locally and is not stored on Krepel Studio servers, many requests concerning scripts, templates, or other locally stored content can be completed directly by the user through the App or Android settings.
For information independently processed by Google or a selected AI provider, users may need to exercise their rights directly with that provider.
Text Panel is not specifically designed or directed toward children under the age of 13.
Krepel Studio does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a Krepel Studio account system.
Third-party services used by the App may apply their own age-related requirements and restrictions.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to Krepel Studio, please contact us.
Text Panel may operate alongside third-party messaging applications and other compatible apps.
Text Panel is an independent application.
Compatibility with a third-party application does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or approval by the owner of that application.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of third-party applications used together with Text Panel.
We may update this Privacy Policy when:
App functionality changes;
new services or SDKs are introduced;
privacy practices change;
applicable laws change;
Google Play requirements change.
The updated Privacy Policy will include a revised Last updated date.
Where appropriate, material changes may also be communicated through the App or its Google Play listing.
