How to delete your account?
If you created an account in Insan Hayawan Jamad (إنسان حيوان جماد), you can delete
your account and its data directly in the app.
In the app (recommended — takes less than a minute)
1. Open the app and sign in
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap "حذف الحساب / Delete account"
4. Review what will be deleted, then type the confirmation word
5. Tap the delete button
Deletion is immediate and permanent. You will be signed out and will not be able to
sign in again with that account.
By email (if you cannot access the app)
1. Send an email to rime.bahlak@gmail.com
2. Subject: Delete my Insan account
3. Send it from the email address you used to sign up
4. We will process your request within 30 days and email you when it is done
What we delete
login account (Firebase Authentication)
* Your profile: display name, avatar, rank, stars, and game statistics
* Your score appeals
* Follow / friend links connected to your account
* Your daily game limit data
* Your entry in any waiting game room
What we keep
* Finished games you took part in are kept so that other players' scoreboards and
results remain intact. Your name is replaced with a placeholder and your account
is no longer linked to them, so these records cannot be traced back to you.
* Nothing else beyond what is required for legal or security purposes. We do not
sell your data.
Guest play
If you only played with a nickname and never created an account, there is no account
to delete. Temporary room data is removed when the game room closes.
