Q: What are your hours of operation? 

A: Our facility is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If you wish to receive a treatment like a body scrub or massage, we recommend arriving by 7:00 PM to ensure service is available.

Q: Do I need to make a reservation? 

A: No, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis to provide flexibility for your travel schedule. Reservations are not required. If there is a brief wait for your treatment, you are welcome to enjoy our bathhouse and sauna facilities. This isn't just waiting time; it's part of your complete relaxation experience.

Q: What should I bring with me? 

A: We provide all the essentials for your visit: a locker, fresh towels, and basic toiletries like soap and shampoo. However, if you have preferred personal items like a specific shampoo, conditioner, or cleansing oil, you are more than welcome to bring them. Items are also available for purchase.


#The Basics: What to Expect

Q: It's my first time at a Korean spa. What do I need to know? 

A: Welcome! To ensure a comfortable and authentic experience for everyone, just remember these four simple rules:

Q: Can I wear a swimsuit or underwear in the bathhouse?

A: No. The gender-separated bathhouses are strictly nude-only environments, in accordance with Korean law and for reasons of hygiene and cultural tradition. This rule is applied to all guests without exception. However, in the co-ed sauna area, you must wear the spa clothes we provide.

Q: Where do I store my valuables? 

A: You will be provided with a secure locker for your clothes and personal belongings. You can lock and unlock it with the key you receive upon entry.


#Facility Rules & Policies

Q: Can I get food or coffee inside? 

A: We do not have a restaurant or café within our facility. We specialize in creating a tranquil environment purely focused on wellness and restorative treatments.

Q: Is there a space where I can lie down or sleep? 

A: No, our facility is focused on active wellness spaces like our bathhouse and sauna. We do not have separate sleeping lounges or napping areas.

Q: Can I sleep overnight? 

A: No, we are a day spa and do not offer overnight accommodations. Our facility closes at 9:00 PM.

Q: If I leave, can I come back in later? 

A: We do not allow re-entry. Once you exit the facility, your visit for the day is concluded. We kindly ask you to plan your visit accordingly.

Q: How long can I stay? 

A: A typical visit, including a treatment, lasts about 2-3 hours. However, you are welcome to use the facilities at your leisure for as long as you like within our operating hours.

Q: Are children allowed? 

A: Yes, children are welcome, but they must be supervised by a guardian at all times to ensure a peaceful and safe environment for all our guests.
