A: Welcome! To ensure a comfortable and authentic experience for everyone, just remember these four simple rules:
Barefoot Inside: Please take off your shoes upon entering and go barefoot throughout the facility.
Nude in the Bathhouse: In the gender-separated wet areas (showers, baths), you must be completely nude. This is a non-negotiable rule for hygiene and Korean custom.
Shower Before Bathing: You must shower with soap and wash your body thoroughly before entering any of the hot tubs or baths.
Wear Spa Clothes in Common Areas: In any co-ed or common relaxation areas, you must wear the spa clothes we provide.
