INS BLE CONFIG is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) configuration application developed to enable communication between a mobile phone and an ESP32-based reader device.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles permissions and data.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

INS BLE CONFIG does not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

The application operates entirely offline and does not transmit any user information to external servers or third parties.

Permissions

INS BLE CONFIG may request the following permissions solely to provide its core functionality:

• Bluetooth / Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)
  Required to establish communication between the mobile device and the ESP32 reader.
  
  

• File Access (Storage / File Manager)
  Required to allow users to select firmware files (OTA files) from the device for updating the ESP32 reader firmware.
  
  

These permissions are used only for device communication and firmware update purposes and not for collecting personal data.

Firmware Update (OTA)

The application allows users to update the firmware of the ESP32 reader directly from their mobile device using Bluetooth.
All firmware files are selected by the user and processed locally on the device.

No firmware data or user data is uploaded to any server.

Data Sharing

INS BLE CONFIG does not share any data with third parties.

Data Security

Since INS BLE CONFIG does not collect or store personal data, there is no risk of personal data exposure. All communication occurs locally between the mobile device and the ESP32 reader.

Children’s Privacy

INS BLE CONFIG does not target children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
