HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

If you wish to delete your Inphilo account and associated personal data, please send an email to inphilo.contact@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

To help us process your request efficiently, please include the email address associated with your Inphilo account in your request.

Upon receiving your request, we will take steps to verify your identity. Once your identity is confirmed, we will proceed to delete your account and personal data associated with it from our active databases within 5-10 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain information or for legitimate business purposes such as for backup archives (where data will be isolated from further processing and eventually deleted in line with our backup cycle).

Please note: Deleting your Inphilo account is an irreversible action. It will result in the permanent loss of all your progress, saved highlights, coins, streaks, unlocked content, and any other app-related data associated with your account.
