At Eastland, we keep things simple and don't try to confuse you with nonsensical closes.

Our commitment is simple: you pay a single set-up fee, and overhead applies if, and only if, your project comes to fruition! This means that if our expertise isn't enough to make your development project a reality, you won't be charged any fees.

That's how confident we are in our service.

Only when your project is approved to go ahead, overheads  applies. They are calculated in one of two ways, at your discretion:

-Fees for associates assigned to your project at the current rate

-Percentage calculated on licensing costs and commissions

Either way, you choose what's best for you!
