Amy McLennan is a social researcher, education innovator and systems facilitator who’s all about improving human wellbeing. Her undergraduate training was in the medical sciences and French, and she completed doctoral and postdoctoral training in medical anthropology at the University of Oxford, in the world’s leading anthropology department. Her work on topics including chronic disease, gender, food and technology has reached audiences via a wide range of academic journals, government policies, and the global media, including The Guardian, ABC and BBC radio. Amy is currently an Associate Professor in the ANU College of Systems and Society, where she's establishing a chronic health co-lab focused on forging new, cross-disciplinary futures for chronic illness and disease.
John Fowlie spent 14 years coaching at the Australian Institute of Sport, where his athletes won 75 international medals, including 9 Olympic medals and 7 World Records. He was twice named Australian Swimming Coach of the Year and has won the Don Talbot Medal three times.
After sport, John spent eight years as a high performance and team specialist at a leading design consultancy. He worked with high-pressure teams across a range of complex environments including international development, globally distributed teams, cross-departmental taskforces, and field research teams. His focus was on solving team challenges where conventional methods failed.

Kate is an experienced marketing analytics practitioner with a passion for evidence-based marketing.
Kate has over 25 years experience in research, marketing analytics and technology having held senior positions for large multinational groups including Millward Brown (Now Kantar) and Omnicom Media Group and MaCann/Hero. Drawing on her background in statistics and econometric modelling, she has a deep understanding of how to get the maximise value of data and technology as well as some of the common pit falls. She has applied her skills to market mix modelling, customer analytics as well as digital transformation projects.
Alongside her consultancy work Kate has a PhD in marketing at the university of Sydney with a focus on how best to combine traditional brand tracking approaches with digital performance measures. She plays an active role at the university teaching marketing insights and marketing analytics.
