What if you could turn a hobby or passion into a bigger project that you can grow and develop throughout high school? You can grow, scale, monetize, and use it to enhance your resume and portfolios while learning skills that will set you up for a successful career later on.
The Entrepreneurship Mentorship Program is an opportunity for students to be mentored by older students who have successfully built their own projects and gained invaluable experiences, lessons, and skills. Mentors at the Entrepreneurship Mentorship Program are incredibly passionate about helping other youths follow similar paths and are available to motivate and mentor youth in their community.
As a student at the Entrepreneurship Mentorship Program, you'll be paired with a student with similar areas of interest who will hold you accountable to achieve your goals and offer you advice and support throughout the months of July and August. The program will also occasionally bring in entrepreneurs with years of field experience during weekly group learning sessions to offer additional guidance.
At the end of the program, you'll have:
Gained and developed hard and soft skills
Built a project that you're passionate about that you can pursue after the program.
Be part of a strong community of like-minded students
Have built a strong relationship with a mentor that you can stay in contact with after the program.
Various (Paid Internships, Speaking...) opportunities for students who excel in the program.
The Entrepreneurship Mentorship Program is a 6-week program that runs throughout July 11th.
The program is open for students in grades 7 to 11.
Students will have 30-minute weekly calls with their mentors and 90 minute weekly group learning sessions with other students in the program (every Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 pm). Outside of the live program, students will need to spend time making progress on their personal projects, independently and at their own pace.
The program is free of charge.
You can apply to join the program through this form.
Program coordinators will be conducting interviews with applicants who make it through the first round.
Applicants will get the opportunity to meet our mentors to be matched with one they feel comfortable around.
Once students are identified as a good fit for the program and are matched with a mentor, acceptance letters will be sent out and students can start.
