2026/27 Executives By-Elections

Dear Innis Residents,

We would like to inform you that Nashmia Ahmed, the Council's incoming VP Internal, has officially resigned from her position as of March 19, 2026. The full statement can be found below.

As per Article 7.4 and 7.6 in the constitution, the by-election process will officially begin today, March 20th, 2026, to elect new executives for the position of VP Internal. More important election dates and rules can be found on the back of the nomination form. 

You can get a physical copy of the nomination form from the G/F IRC bulletin boards or download the form below and print it out. The deadline to submit the form is March 25th, 2026 (Wednesday), either directly to the Elections Officers, drop it in the lock box at the front desk, or email the scanned physical form to elections@innisirc.com. Note that if you choose to submit the form by email, you must hand in the physical form to the elections officers during the candidates' meeting after the nomination period.
