The IRC referendum is the annual process where proposed changes to our council constitution are voted on by the general residence population. The current copy of our constitution is included here on this page.

All amendments needed a two-thirds supermajority in order to pass. Abstain votes counted towards our quorum, but did not count for or against the motion to implement each amendment. The deadline for submitting proposed changes has passed.
