Inner Version Youth & Adult Mentorship was created from a simple but powerful belief: where a person starts should never determine where they finish.
We provide youth and adults with mentorship, education, encouragement, resources, life skills, leadership development, and meaningful opportunities that help them recognize their potential and build stronger futures.
At Inner Version, mentorship is more than giving advice. It is about showing up, building relationships, creating accountability, opening doors, and helping people discover the stronger version of themselves that already exists within.

OUR STORY
Why Inner Version Was Created
Inner Version was founded by Dominique “Dom” Fallins, Sr., whose personal and professional experiences shaped his understanding of how powerful guidance and encouragement can be.
Throughout his journey as a father, entrepreneur, educator, mentor, and community leader, Dom saw something repeatedly: people often have tremendous potential but lack access to the guidance, resources, relationships, and opportunities necessary to develop it.
Inner Version was created to help close that gap.
The name “Inner Version” represents the person within each of us who is capable of becoming stronger, wiser, more resilient, more confident, and more purposeful.
Our responsibility is not to decide who someone should become. Our responsibility is to help them discover who they are capable of becoming.
OUR VISION
We envision communities where youth and adults have the confidence, emotional intelligence, resilience, resources, leadership skills, and opportunities necessary to overcome barriers, achieve meaningful goals, and become positive forces within their families and communities.

For Dom, Inner Version is more than an organization; it represents a mission to become the person he once needed and to help create the support system that many youth and adults are still searching for.
His experiences in entrepreneurship, education, mentorship, fatherhood, and community service have shaped Inner Version's commitment to meeting people where they are while challenging them to recognize where they can go.
