Guglielmo Ferraiola was born in 1940 in Rome where he lives and works. He is well know internationally as a sculptor, also having had earlier success as an actor, set designer and director fot theatre.
In his sculptures he uses a varity of materialis including bronze, copper, aluminum, iron, wood and plexiglass. He has participated in numerous exhibitions throughout the world,and his work have been awarded prestigious prizes, to include First Prize of the Culture Art in Nice in 2003 and Bronze Medal at the Société Nationale des Beaux Arts in France in 2009. His sculptures are found in collections woldwide,to include The United States, Germany, Holland, France, Tunisa, Finland and Denmark.
