As with most things in life, our itinerary is an adaptable flexible thing. Our main focus in our workshops is helping you align with your purpose and helping you understand your movement. If you have a moment where you need to just be, the workshops and practices are optional. We will allow for downtime in nature as well as Bellwether Farm offering their own unique activities. As the retreat grows closer we will email you with a more updated schedule.

Dharma workshops will be led by Sattva for Life focused around activities that help you discover and align with your purpose.
Yoga by B workshops will center around deep dives into restoring movement to the body and space for the breath.
Practices in the morning and evening will be led by both Vero and Brittany to bring a blend of movement and meditation. Yoga will be adapted to each person's body as needed.

5-6pm- Arrival, there is a courtesy shuttle to take you from the parking lot to the property

*for your arrival, we understand you may be late. Dinner is at 6 on Friday, if you are unable to attend dinner please notify us so we can change the # of meals Bellwether will have prepared for us. Please be on time for the welcoming circle as it will help you transition into your weekend.
