A consummate professional, leader, and trainer, Andin brings many years of experience to coaching, including three decades in the Health Care Industry specializing in Radiologic Technology and two decades in communication and leadership development through her involvement with Toastmasters.

Through her experience in the health-care field, Andin knows first-hand what a stress-filled, yet exciting career, demands of people. Desiring career advancement, while avoiding burnout, and trying to balance work and home life are common situations in which young and mid-career professionals find themselves. This background, combined with her involvement in Toastmasters, has enhanced her abilities in leading, mentoring, and coaching others as they strive to accomplish their personal and professional goals.
