In My Luggage is developed and operated by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the In My Luggage application.
In My Luggage does not collect personal data.
The developer does not receive, access, store, sell, rent, share, or use information about you, your belongings, or your activity in the app.
The app does not require an account and does not use advertising, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics services.
You may add information such as:
Luggage names and types
Packing cubes or groups
Item names
Item photographs
Item weights
Packing status
Checklist progress
This information is stored locally on your device or in your private Apple iCloud account when iCloud synchronization is enabled.
The developer cannot view or access this information.
Your luggage, packing, item, photo, weight, and checklist information may be stored locally on your device.
Deleting the app may also delete information that has not been synchronized with iCloud or included in a device backup.
In My Luggage may use Apple iCloud and CloudKit to synchronize your information between devices signed in to the same Apple Account.
This information is stored within Apple’s infrastructure and is associated with your private iCloud account.
The developer does not operate an external server for storing your app content and does not have access to your iCloud account, Apple Account credentials, or private CloudKit records.
Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s privacy policy and terms.
The app may request permission to use your camera or photo library so you can add photographs of your belongings.
The app only uses photographs that you choose to capture or select. These photographs remain stored locally or in your private iCloud storage.
The developer does not receive or access your photographs.
You can remove camera or photo-library permission through your device settings.
In My Luggage does not use:
Third-party analytics services
Advertising networks
Cross-app tracking
Tracking cookies
Advertising identifiers
User profiling
Marketing data collection
The app does not track you across other applications or websites.
Apple may independently provide aggregated crash or diagnostic information when you have enabled the option to share analytics with developers in your device settings. This is controlled by Apple.
The developer does not sell personal information.
The developer does not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, marketing companies, or other third parties.
In My Luggage may offer optional subscriptions and a lifetime purchase through Apple In-App Purchases.
Purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your complete payment-card information.
Apple may provide the developer with transaction status and aggregated sales, subscription, and financial reports. This information does not include complete payment-card details or private content stored within the App.
Apple manages subscription renewals, cancellations, and billing according to its applicable terms and policies.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through the user’s Apple Account settings.
Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app.
Information synchronized through iCloud may remain in your iCloud account until you delete it through the app or through Apple’s iCloud data-management features.
Because the developer does not receive or control your app data, the developer cannot retrieve, export, modify, or delete it on your behalf.
Your information is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your device, operating system, Apple Account, and iCloud.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device, device passcode, Apple Account, and backups.
No electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
In My Luggage does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
The app does not contain advertising, social networking features, or public user profiles.
When you contact the developer by email, the developer will receive the information you voluntarily include in your message, such as your email address and the content of your request.
This information is used only to respond to your message or provide technical support. It is not sold or used for advertising.
Do not send photographs or detailed inventories of personal belongings unless they are necessary to explain a technical issue.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App’s functionality, subscription options, third-party services, or data-handling practices change.
