Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 or older. California law prohibits tattooing anyone under 18, even with parental consent.
Consent Form: All clients must sign an agreement/consent form.
Advance Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Deposit: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.
Deposits must be made 24 hours or more in advance. Last-minute payments will be refunded.
Refund Policy: No refunds or exceptions will be made.
Minors: No children under 18 are allowed during appointments.
Pets: Please do not bring pets or leave them in your vehicle. Service animals are welcome.
Guest Policy: You may bring one guest, provided they are not a minor.
Rescheduling: Notify me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.
You are allowed one reschedule; any additional reschedules will incur a fee.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. However, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss availability.

Late Arrival: If you are running late, please inform me within 10 minutes of your tardiness.
If you do not notify me within 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
