By downloading or using the InkVision AI Tattoo Generator app, these terms will automatically apply to you – please ensure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it, or our trademarks in any way. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor attempt to translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions. The app itself, as well as all related trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights, remain the property of Cihan Ilter.

Cihan Ilter is dedicated to keeping the app as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for certain services, at any time, and for any reason. We will not charge you for the app or its services without making it clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

The InkVision AI Tattoo Generator app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide the Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as doing so may compromise your device's security and result in the app malfunctioning or not working at all.

You should be aware that Cihan Ilter cannot take responsibility for certain aspects of the app. Some functions require an active internet connection, which can be provided by Wi-Fi or your mobile network. Cihan Ilter cannot be held responsible for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have used up your mobile data allowance.

If you’re using the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms will still apply. As a result, you may be charged for data usage, and by using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges if you use the app outside of your home region. If you are not the bill payer for the device, please ensure you have permission from the bill payer before using the app.

Additionally, Cihan Ilter cannot be held responsible for how you use the app. You should ensure your device remains charged, as Cihan Ilter cannot be held liable if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service.

We do our best to ensure the app is updated and runs smoothly, but we rely on third parties to provide information. Cihan Ilter accepts no liability for any loss (direct or indirect) as a result of relying solely on the app’s functionality.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS and Android – system requirements may change, and you will need to download updates to continue using the app. Cihan Ilter does not guarantee that updates will always be relevant to you or compatible with your current device or OS. However, you agree to always accept updates to the app when offered. We may also decide to stop providing the app and terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
