Thank you for choosing Inkspire: AI Tattoo Generator (the “App”) provided by Inkspire (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time, and such updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these changes.
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You agree not to:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Ownership: The App and all of its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are owned by Inkspire or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or any of its contents without our express written consent.
User Content: The App allows you to create and submit tattoo designs through AI tools. By submitting your content, you retain ownership of your designs. However, by submitting your designs, you grant us a license to use, display, and share your designs solely for the purpose of providing the services within the App.
No Infringement: You agree not to upload, share, or create content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights, including tattoos or designs protected by copyright.
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.
Use the App for any commercial purposes, including without limitation, selling, reselling, or distributing the App or its content.
Violate or attempt to violate the security of the App or use the App in any manner that could damage or impair its functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that you are using the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App.
No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if applicable.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Inkspire is based. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inkspire and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, damages, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
